| Welcome to Van Middle School! We are excited about having you visit us on-line and extend an open invitation for you to come and see us at our campus. We are the latest addition to the Van ISD family with cutting edge technology steeped in Vandal tradition. Van Middle School is not your typical campus; we have combined grade levels of fourth, fifth and sixth to form a strong foundation for learning. The expectations for our students are high yet we are sensitive to each individuals needs. Some of our campus expectations includes giving back to the community, that supports us in all of our endeavors, we accomplish this through various activities; parent nights, leaf raking projects, student lead teaching programs for younger students, to name just a few. Our campus environment is filled with an excitement for learning, with some the best of research based data driven teaching techniques that can be offered. Our staff is dedicated to helping each and every individual student reach their highest potential possible through various support activities throughout the school year.
